KID-FIT has been restructured so that it can be done in any of the above situations. Classes can be done safely in-person if desired or live streamed. Hybrid learning (combination of in-person and live stream) as well as on-demand videos are now part of the program too. Whatever works best for your situation!
The KID-FIT program is designed for children ages 2-5, Kindergarten children being the oldest. Children age 2 and students with disabilities can do single KID-FIT activities as opposed to our full length 30-minute classes.
With a business license, KID-FIT can be taught at schools, fitness facilities, day care centers, churches, military bases and just about anywhere there is a population of preschool children.
Purchase your license through our non-profit arm for a one-time fee and then start training immediately at your own pace. There are no royalty fees, you keep what you make, although there is a monthly curriculum fee which includes new curriculum each month, on-demand videos to stream, music to download and any educational materials needed. Equipment needs and start-up costs are extremely low. Get started here. (https://kid-fit.org/business.html)
